Yes! I got 3 free months since I had an Amazon registry. I use it for diapers and wipes -- best prices I've seen so far and I'm a big couponer. Plus it gives you an amazon prime which I use All. The Time. It's been well worth it for me.

From what I understand, it's completely free and they just send you coupons which are pretty good.
It's often confused with Prime since the text on their page is really confusing.
Mom doesnt' get you free 2 day shipping ... just coupons.
ETA: apparently i'm wrong on this so ignore this comment  sorry for spreading around mis-information - i must've been thinking of something else
