12 week old napping help!

Ds is 12 weeks old and has never been a good napper. This week he has gotten worse. He will only nap in my arms - the minute I put him down he wakes and screams. I don't know what to do
I've try swaddling in the crib, the swing, bouncer seat, rock n play, going for walks in the stroller, and baby wearing all unsuccessful. He seems to need to nap about 2 hours after a feeding and I've tried as early as 1hr after a feeding and no luck. Yesterday he cried for 45 mind until I nursed him to sleep for the night....and of course it was a terrible nights sleep bc he was do over tired. He has no problem with sleeping on his own for bedtime which in grateful for but how do I get nap time to work??? He gets do exhausted.
I'm going crazy here and my poor 18 mo Dd is suffering too...she's either listening to him cry or stuck with me unable to play with her bc ds is in my arms
Any tips or advice?

I would just lay my DD down and rub her tummy in a massaging motion until she fell asleep. If she woke up when I stopped I will continue until she went back to sleep. This was back around 6 weeks old when my DD decided sleeping was not fun anymore and lasted about 3 weeks.

Some infants are just not good nappers. Right at 4 months my DS started napping normally. It was the day after we started solids (don't know if that was coincidence or what). Before that he was a 10-20 minute cat napper. I know it's hard with another child also. I'd give it time and just keep trying.

Have you tried white noise or music? The swing on different speeds?

At 12 weeks DS only napped with the swing on and a noise machine, or while out for a walk in the stroller.
