12 week old and napping
How long does your/did your 3 month old nap and how many times a day on average?
DD has been napping for 3 hours which is pretty long for her. I usually get 1.5-2 hours. She is late for her "lunch" but I don't think I should wake her. Right?

I say don't wake a sleeping baby.
At 12 weeks that is a good amount of sleep, your DD could be going through a growth spurt or just really tired today!

DS takes 2 naps each about 1 hour around 1230 and 4pm

Nope I wouldnt wake her. DD will nap anywhere from 1 hour to 4 hours 
Nap #1 is 8:30-9am.
Nap #2 is 12:30-1pm.
Nap #3 varies and sometimes she skips this one if nap #2 is long.
