Eggplant boost milk supply?
Has anyone heard of this. I ate eggplant parm yesterday at St rocco's Feast and my milk supply is off the chart. First night in a really long time I was totally engorged and just pumped double what I usually do.
I really don't think it was the zeppoles. ?? lol
I want to thank those Nonna's that made it!
Any one ever heard of this?

no. i did notice for me, when i drank more water i produced more milk.
