Anyone have abdomen bloating or hernia after pregnancy?

I had my second CS and am 12 weeks PP. My lower belly & uterus have shrunken down and except for some loose skin looks like before I was pregnant. But the area above my belly button is swollen but mushy. It looks like a pregnant belly

Has anyone had this? Not sure if this is a hernia or from the ab muscles tearing apart. If I lay on my back it flattens out but once I stand it pops back out. Im hoping this isn't permanent I have really done any ab excercises yet but wondering if that would improve it.

I did have a hernia after pregnancy (in my belly button) but never had what you describe from it.
In fact, I didn't even know I had it until I was having my gallbladder removed 5 weeks pp and the surgeon found it while doing my surgery laproscopically.
He fixed it for me right there and I haven't felt or seen anything since.
But like I said, I had no symptoms of it and it didn't show at all.

Its really weird - I used the Belly Bandit for about 8 weeks PP and every time I took it off it felt like my insides were falling out.

I'm just 4 years pp & started to notice that the area around my belly button looked strange & went to OB. I was told it's indeed a hernia in my belly button linked to my pregnancies but the OB informed me that a lot of surgeons will just leave unless you have discomfort

I had an umbilical hernia after my first pregnancy. My belly button looked like an outie. But I just thought that was how my body was supposed to look after having a baby. It got much worse with my 2nd pregnancy. The area was tender to touch. I had surgery to repair it.
