Rear facing convertible carseat?
My boss actually has an extra base he's letting me borrow, so I can hold off on the convertible. Thanks for all the replies!

I moved my DD to the RF convertible carseat at around 6 months and my DS at age 1.
He was tinier so I held out longer using the infant seat, I couldn't carry my DD any more so we ditched the infant seat earlier.
