How many nights at Winthrop after vaginal delivery?
Just curious, what day you delivered ( and time of day) and what day you went home...delivering this week and am curious

How many nights at Winthrop after vaginal delivery?
It doesn't depend on the hospital, it's up to your insurance. I believe the standard stay is 2 nights for vaginal. I got 2 nights & I delivered at 7pm on a Saturday, so I went home Monday.

I delivered 8:20pm on a Wednesday night at Winthrop, and I went home Friday morning

I was admitted at night around 9pm, delivered at 11:48 the next morning and stayed 2 nights at Winthrop.

It's 48 hrs I believe for vaginal delivery. It downs matter what hospital it's law.

If you deliver before midnight- 2 nights recovery. If you deliver after midnight, you'll be there 3 nights- the night you deliver plus 2 nights recovery. At least that's how it worked when I had my DD a year and a half ago.

It's not necessarily 48 hours, it's 2 overnights. In my experience (at Winthrop), the cutoff is midnight. So, with my first, I delivered at 11:06 pm on a Thursday and was discharged Saturday morning. I delivered my second at 12:17 pm on a Saturday and was discharged Monday morning. I delivered my third at 1:45 am on a Sunday and was discharged Tuesday morning.

How many nights at Winthrop after vaginal delivery?
2 nights -- i had a vaginal birth, and I probably could have left after 24 hr since the pediatrician and OBGYN both cleared me. I stayed bc DS was spitting up a lot and the nurses urged me to.

I was admitted at 2 am on a Thursday delivered at 1:30 pm that day and left Saturday morning.

How many nights at Winthrop after vaginal delivery?
2 nights! If you deliver at 11pm on a Wednesday you will go home Friday morning on average. Some of the docs there may even want to discharge you the day after delivering if you feel up to it

Delivered at 9am Monday and left around noon wed
