2mo old normal behavior?
Dd just got her dTap and rotovirus vaccines on Monday and since then has been so fussy and cries all the time. She doesn't have a fever but threw up a few times and last night cried basically all day if she wasn't held or moving. She's normally a happy baby sleepy too. From 6 to 10pm she was just in a diaper and red cheeked and sweaty. Crying. I did a temporal temp and it was 98.1.
So I did the worst thing and Google newborn cold sweats/no fever and it came up with is a sign of SIDS. Now I'm freaking out. She woke up happy and not sweaty but the crying has started again.
I'm so worried.

2mo old normal behavior?
Did you call your dr? She could be having a reaction from the shot.

DD was hysterical the day after her two month shot but it was the hep b. I would check with the ped, you could ask about giving tylenol. Maybe her muscle is sore there. I just did lots of skin to skin time and that really soothed her.

Awww, it's probably from the shots. She may just be uncomfy. Don't google. They are insane. If she still seems off today, I'd call the ped just for some advice.

I'm sure it's just a reaction to the shot but call just in case. DD had her Dtap and Rotovirus vax a week ago and only had a little fussiness that night.

Sounds like a reaction. Dd got her shots yesterday and that was her. No fever but clammy and red. Also, I noticed this week (before shots) she was extra clingy, so it my be a phase mixed in)

I'm sure it's just from the shots and I'm sure it's nothing but a call to the ped won't hurt
Feel better!

Re: 2mo old normal behavior?
DS Just got those shots on Wed. He had a fever overnight Wed of 100.5 & we gave Tylenol. He was also feverish last night & I gave Tylenol before bed. Are you sure your thermometer was accurate? Was that the rectal temp? I'd call the Dr just to be safe.

Re: 2mo old normal behavior?
Thanks everyone. I didnt take the rectal temp but she felt cool on the forehead aside from the sweating. She was better today and was fussy around the same time as yesterday. I was able to calm her down and put her on her belly to sleep. (I know thats a no no) but that is the only way she will be calm and sleep other than the R&P.
