What are you making for Easter dinner?
I've never had a holiday at my house and I'm obsessing about what to make/cater. What are you having for dinner on Easter Sunday?

My mom usually makes a fresh ham and a spiral ham. I always make baked asparagus as a side. Mashed potatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, peas, & roasted/glazed carrots are other sides.

We go to Carlton on the Green in Eisenhower park for their Easter Brunch.. very much looking forward to it.

I sometimes make a ham - if I can find one without all the chemicals in it, other times a leg of lamb. I usually ask my DH which he would prefer. I will have to do that soon.

What are you making for Easter dinner?
Appetizers like cheeses, salamis and fried cauliflower and artichokes. My mom makes these pastry puff cups stuffed with spinach and ricotta.
Lasagne Bolognese with bechamel
Leg of lamb with potatoes, string beans, stuffed mushrooms, stuffed artichokes and salad.
I hope someone bakes because I'm not, lol!

I was just thinking about Easter dinner this morning.
Im definitely making:
Meat Pie
Annaletti or baked ziti
Either a pork roast, Roast beef or Chicken rollatini
Stuffed mushrooms
Some type of vegetable side dish
Mashed potatoes

I am not hosting this year but in the past I have done baked ziti and spiral sliced ham with other sides... both main dishes were very easy to make.

this is the first easter I'm cooking too . I think I'm doing stuffed shells some appetizers, a standing rib roast and some roasted veggies/ potatoes.
