Lovenox Ladies in 3rd trimester
Do you feel like the injection site has become a lot more painful towards the end now that the stomach is so big and the skin is stretched?
I'm 34 weeks and inject twice daily. I noticed that the injection site pain doesn't go away as it used to before and the area remains very sensitive to touch even days after... Did/ do you experience the same?

Not while on Lovenox - but I was only doing that once a day. Now on Heparin 2x a day and I am experiencing the same thing. Swelling, bruising and soreness I didn't have before (checked with doc and it's not a reaction to the Hep - just a lovely normal side effect).

I still have the heparin lumps my Dr didn't say anything about it. I thought i had a reaction to it. Glad to know is normal

a little. I rotate side to side from my love handles, and lately they have all been sore and it's hard to find a good spot. My husband will give me a shot in my butt sometimes. It doesnt feel sore long after though. I only inject once a day

Crashing
I used to inject lovenox and heparin in my upper thigh. My doctors told me in was a good place to do it
