Pairing Nuts/Dried Fruit with Cheese
I am serving Brie and Gorgonzola with a Pale Belgian Ale. Not sure what nuts or dried fruit pair best with it. Any suggestions?

i would do almonds,pecans and fresh apples or dried apricot
whatever they usually put in salads
cranberries ( but too small ) or cherries.. tart fruits

Personally, I love fig jam with brie since it's a soft cheese
