Seriously. I'm thinking, nose job, chin and cheek implants, lots of fillers, botox, maybe lip injections? Nicole pretty much looks the same.

I don't think its all from plastic surgery, she usedto be a little fuller. I think her face has changed so much bc she few up and lost some of her puppy fat. She was a kid in this pic!

If you look back at some of the early episodes of KUWTK you can easily tell she's had work done. And to me it doesn't look like weight loss/gain, it looks surgical.

If you look at the bottom of this thread there's links to pics of her from 2007. She looks so drastically different, IMO she was so stunning before she had work done. I see such a difference in her eyes. It looks like she got some kind of surgery so she doesn't look so ethnic looking...

I agree! She was 27 here... she doesn't look that much different than when she was 13 above

Ita. I see such a difference from how She looked back then. She was stunning. Now she looks so plastic to me.

Neither have mine! Nicole looks pretty much the same, Kims features are completely different now!

I agree.
I came across a picture of me recently and I almost didn't recognize myself.
With that said. She definitely had work done. Just don't think she had a head transplant the way some suggest
