Pretty sure we're past 9 million
Just tallied all the sub forums, and got 9000043, and that was about a minute or so ago, so it's higher than that by now.

If you go to the main Forum.
It tells you how many posts are on each board.

This has been a slow milestone. Other million post contests, we were probably double that rate near the end.

Re: Pretty sure we're past 9 million
I think it depends upon the time of day/night when we get close. They announced we were close after 10 pm and this is usually a slow post time. I find there are usually only a handful of posters on at this hour.

We were close around 5. We just didn't get the typical onrush until much later. I expected the rush to start between 5 and 6, and hit 9 mil by 7pm or so.

Having been around for every million mark I am actually thrilled I made this one. I was not on almost all day today.

Re: Pretty sure we're past 9 million
Just checked the totals, and it looks like 2.5 years later, and we're just over 9.6 million posts, in case anyone was wondering....
