One A Day Weightsmart
Anyone take these vitamins or something similar for weight loss? I was wondering if they're any better than a regular multivitamin.

I used to take them. They actually made me naseous. I don't think they did anything for me in the weight loss dept.

Same thing happened to me. Right after I took I would get a stomache ache. My personal trainer said that are not really worth it.
