Stomach bug?
I kept my daughter home from school today with diarrhea and vomiting.. She hasn't been feeling good since Friday.. Hasn't really eaten much and was sick again last night... She is exhausted no fever... I'm taking her to doc today.. Any suggestions on how to help her feel better? She is 4 and I am due tomorrow with baby 3 so trying to stay healthy myself!

Stomach bug?
BRAT- bananas, rice, apple, toast diet. Lots of water to stay hydrated. Bland food. rest.

Its going around I think I can count 4 people in my office that have it also. Wash those hands!!!
