DC has upset tummy...since Sunday...what can I do?
DS has had some diarrhea since Sunday, I think. Not a lot. But a little bit a few times a day. His appetite is ok. He is mostly himself...energetic, etc. he is 5.
What can I do for him? I have him eating applesauce, drinking fluids including pedal yet a little bit, etc. considering calling dr but wanted to ask here first.

We went through this recently with DS. It took 2 weeks for him to get back to normal. Took him to the ped after 10 days who said it was a virus. We cut out dairy, did the BRAT diet (more or less) and gave him a probiotic (powder- it goes in water). Good luck. I hope your DS feels better soon!

Florastor probiotics. Its flavorless and can be mixed in just about anything.

DD1 has the same thing. Acting fine but a lot of diarrhea and a lot of having to RUN to the bathroom .
I'm cutting out most dairy and have been trying to keep her on a bland diet and lots of water. I forgot about the probiotics...will give them to her tonight.
Poor lil monkeys.

Activia yogurt is another option.

Try yogurt with live cultures in it..Cut back on all other dairy. It could also be from the heat. Gatorade is good. Banana's, rice, applesauce, and toast is good too. No apple juice. White grape juice is really good for the intestinal tract.
