Birthday Party Invites

Which type of invitation do you prefer ... online or paper ... for kids' birthday parties?

Paper - DS loves to get mail and to look at the invitation on the fridge up to the party date.

Birthday Party Invites

An online invitation would be seen once and forgotten. Paper would go on the fridge and seen all the time.

i prefer paper because i would be afraid the e-vite would never be read or lost in junk mail.

Re: Birthday Party Invites

Our kids love looking at invitations, especially if it has their friend's face on it and/or it has some sort of character on it.

I like paper invites! I find them classy!

I don't mind evites though and like that they have a reminder (plus, you can't lose them!).

Re: Birthday Party Invites

online- helps me schedule better. Plus it annoys me to waste paper and money on the stamps.

Re: Birthday Party Invites

both

evite is the way to go here.. EVERY ONE does EVERYTHING via evite. So you can log in and reply instead of trying to text, call or respond.

Paper still because the kids love it

Evite sends a reminder out automatically to everyone on the list a week before.

Birthday Party Invites

I like paper because I can take it with me on the day of the party and it will have the address on it. If it's an evite I'll have to print it out.

Ditto! I don't do well with email or evites. I much prefer paper invites.
