Re: First birthday party invites...
For DS's baptism I used vistaprint and put the directions to the church and reception on the back of the invitation.
Will Loey's birthday be at a place or somewhere that is hard to find, or people arent familiar with?

It's at a restaurant in Long Beach... on a main road.
We already have the invites, so I can't have anything printed on the back

Make them in microsoft word and either put them on regular paper or cardstock from Staples.
Does the restaurant have their own? They should.

Re: First birthday party invites...
If you think you need them, call the restaurant and ask if they have it. What I did was copy the directions on the catering halls website and pasted them on the back on the invitations on vista print. See if the directions are online. If not, dont worry about it! Everyone knows mapquest, or google or has gps Or they can call for directions.

Re: First birthday party invites...
I used to include direction cards with everything I sent out and you know what, in this day and age of GPS's and online printable directions, I don't think they're necessary. UNLESS it's a hard place to find, I don't think it's necessary. I know for me, I am always going to places I've never been to and I need exact directions door to door, lol, so I always just use the GPS.
But if you have some people that you don't think would get directions printed from online or use GPS's, then go ahead. Just print them at home, cut to size and put in with the invites.

Re: First birthday party invites...
I said no but DH insisted.. he actually made up the map that was in the invite. He thought a map would be better for the men instead of worded directions.
