Lately, next to nothing! If she had her way, she would eat pasta every day for all three meals.
In the past, she has eaten:
grilled cheese
chicken breast
chicken or turkey meatballs
black beans with cheese on the side.
Now we have to eliminate all the dairy, she she's eating next to nothing...I need ideas too.

Grilled cheese, pasta with turkey meatballs, chicken nuggets, string beans, chicken noodle soup, carrots, hummus with bread, omelettes, hamburgers, mac n cheese, spinach... this is all I can think of right now that he has had. His fave is definitely mac n cheese with string beans. He would eat that for every meal!

scrambled eggs
peanut butter and jelly (i know i know, but we found out by accident- thanks dh- that dd is not allergic to peanuts. at all. lol)
vegetable soup
chicken noodle soup
fruit (berries, melon, apples, etc) and crackers
cheese sticks and crackers
chicken breast
avocado
puffs and baby food pouches sometimes to supplement anything above

grilled chicken
pizza
I always cut up fresh/frozen veggies/fruits with every meal she eats

what does your 1yr old eat for lunch?
Lentil Soup, Butternut squash soup, Italian wedding soup, chicken soup, whole wheat pasta with cheese and peas ,or spinach or broccoli, quinoa with peas, meatballs or chicken with some veggie on the side, fava beans or chick peas with some veggie, pb&j , and anything else I may have left over from dinner the night before.. salmon, chicken cacciatore, baked ziti, etc.

DD is not a big lunch eater. I usually give her yogurt, either a yobaby cup or the earth's best greek yogurt pouch. With it she'll usually have half a kashi cereal bar or a piece of BH ham. That's usually it since I'm usually rushing to get something in her before a nap and we're often on the go then. Once in a while she'll have crackers with pb and fruit but it's so messy. I usually opt for things that don't require the high chair.

DD is a really bad eater. You can't tell by looking at her (she's 29lbs), but it's a struggle to get her to eat a lot. Some of the foods we try to give her:
chicken nuggets
grilled cheese
steamed rice or veggies
ravioli

DD is 13 months and I'm always looking for new meal ideas!
She and her sister (3 years old) have a kinda set lunch schedule (just easier with the babysitter):
Mon: turkey breast/cheese sandwich
Tues: Dr. Praegers spinach pancakes
Wed: Annie's mac & cheese, applesauce
Thurs: scrambled eggs, steamed veggies
Friday-Sunday: I'm home so I'll try to make more home-cooked meals (or if we're out we eat out): turkey meatballs, quiche, grilled chicken, polenta etc

Cheese
Fruits and Veggies
I used to give her tofu but it doesnt sit well with her tummy.

Fruit and yogurt, banana, turkey and cheese sandwich.
Yes he feeds himself everything that doesn't require a spoon- like yogurt and applesauce.
