How much does your 6mth old eat for lunch?
The dr. said to start with an orange vegetable (sweet potato) and feed "as much as he wants" and then to go to the next veg (carrots) and feed 1/2 a lunch portion for breakfast and 1/2 for lunch.
What is a lunch portion for your child? one container of #1 or two containers?
