If they take my insurance do they bill like an ER visit? Will I still get a big bill at the end of the day?

Nope! Regular office visit. They sent me a bill for the separate x-ray co-pay after but I knew that was coming.

They bill like you are going to a Dr's office. I paid a copay and that's it, insurance covered the rest.

I get billed as a regular dr. copay but my friend got billed as an er visit!

It depends on your inssurance. It is like an urgent care center. Some have a copay for that type others consider it a specialist.

We have UHC and are charged a regular doctor co-pay.
DS' needed a chest x-ray a few weeks ago and I was expecting another bill but so far nothing.
