Should I take him to PM Pediatrics? His temp is 104.3.
Tyler and I had bad colds the week before Christmas and got better. Derek got a cold over the weekend and has an ear infection. I went back to the dr. today because I wasn't feeling well and he put me on the Z-pack.
Now tonight I went to check on TJ in bed and he was on fire and his temp was 104.3. He gets high temps so I gave him motrin and it is now down to 103.8. My ped has late office hours tomorrow so wont be in until 2 pm. Should I take him to PM Pediatrics tonight?

I would. At the very least call your Dr's service and see what they want you to do.

that high i would take him, emma had a 102 before and it dropped with a cool bath and mot. feel better

I'd call the doctor too.
When my DS has had fevers over 104, though, the Motrin usually brought it down some (102 ish). One hour after I give him Motrin, I give him Tylenol. If an hour has passed since you gave him the Motirn, I would give him some Tylenol too, to try to bring the fever down a bit more.

I would give him some tylenol and call your ped office and talk to the doctor on call.
