cars that have 3rd row seats and car seats
If you have 2 car seats in your 2nd row, are you able to access the third row? If so, which car do you have? We looked at the highlander and they told us it would be impossible to access with two car seats installed.

are you against mini vans? My sister has 3 under 3 and has a town & country, has all 3 carseats back there and you can access the back row easily.

We have 3 and just got the 7 passenger Santa Fe and it is awesome. It has the captains chairs in the middle and a full 3rd row in the back. We looked at a lot of cars and this provided the most room without having to get a mini van. An adult would have no problem accessing the 3rd row. We have a carseat in each captain chair and my dd sits in the third row in her booster.
eta. We looked at the highlander and I didn't like that the third row did not have full size seats. Also it was difficult to get between the captain chairs to buckle my dd in the back.

We have a pilot and have had three car seats in the middle row, but that makes the third row only accessible from the rear hatch.
We now have two Britax car seats and a booster seat in the middle row - my plan was to put the two Britax next to each other and keep the booster on the side that folds down so I can easily access the back row if needed -- there's no LATCH system in the middle seat of the middle row, and the shoulder belt comes down from the ceiling so I'm not comfortable putting a Britax in the middle...
I know as the DCs get older it'll get easier but there are times I wish we had gotten the Odyssey instead of the Pilot.
