Stretching vs cramping
This may seem like a silly question, but I am having trouble differentiating between cramping, stretching, and ligament pain. The past two days I have been feeling a cramp like feeling and I am not sure what to do to make it go away. I have been drinking a lot of water, so I don't think that is it. Any suggestions on how to tell the difference?

Re: Stretching vs cramping
cramping feels like menstrual cramps all around and round ligament pain was on the side only (at least for me)

Re: Stretching vs cramping
As the previous poster said, cramping is more like period cramping. Stretching for me, literally feels like my skin is stretching and during those times it's uncomfortable to have any fabric touching my stomach.
I really haven't experienced too much round ligament pain. Mostly lower back pain more then anything else.

This is exactly how my stretching feels. I describe it as, you know when you eat too much and you feel like your stomach is going to explode and you can feel your skin being stretched to the max? That's what it feels like. Cramping is your whole stomach and it's like period cramps and your stomach gets hard. RLP is like a sharp pain in like my pelvic area.
