Seriously- most things do NOT offened me. I am very laid back
But I find this picture disgusting.
If it wasn't for the bra it wouldn't be so bad... tacky yes, but not bad.
But why is she holding a bra like she is a 4 year old stripper?
I am seriously appalled!
ETA- and why on earth would you want to SEXUALIZE your 4 year old DD?
High heels, make up, teased up here, come hither look, BRA?
Why would you want that for a 4 year old? I am truly truly disturbed

I agree about the bra. It would be tasteless without it, but this sends it over the top. Even though her mom is a whackjob, she'd do better raising Sophia than Farrah!

it's only weird because of the bra. its kind of a cute picture if that weren't in it but otherwise terrible. plus sophia looks sooooo different!!!!

I took it a COMPLETELY different way.
I saw it as a little girl who got caught in her mom's belongings - heels, lipstick, and found her bra..like, "what's this, mommy?"
If she were holding a little girl's training bra, perhaps I would think differently.

Exactly. I think it's the bra that makes it weird. C'mon if I had a daughter and she was prancing around in my high heels, I'd snap a pic, too.

My daughter AND my son have both done things like this... I actually think this is very common for kids.
Just last week my DS (2.5 years old) picked up a lipstick from my dresser, put it on his lips and said "I'm a girl." And he puts on my shoes and says "I'm mommy."
I usually put my bras away..  but on the few occasions I haven't both of my kids have put them on and walked around showing off their "boobies."
Nothing scandalous for me here.

I think it cute if it's spontaneous and snapped at home, I would snap a pic too.
But this photo is not only staged, it's in a studio and photoshopped to death!!! It's intentional, not caught in the act.
ETA: is Farrah using this to advertise her bras, so she can land a man?!?!

I think it not only weird because of the bra but, the length of the dress. This girl is 4!! Not a 1-2 year old in diapers where the short dress is cute. She has underwear on. Totallly not cool.

Not AT ALL!! However, you didn't set up a staged photo session, put the lipstick, heels and bra on the child and post it online. Big difference between what you have described (which I am sure each of us has had happen with our DC) and what happened in this picture.

I agree. When my daughter was that age she would pretend to put my makeup on/wear my shoes/ and even try to put my bra's on. I really don't think its a big deal.
