Ok we are renting "Hostel"
Who saw it? I love scray movies and then i wonder why i wont sleep in my home alone when DH is away.

def had its sexual parts...
i saw wolf creek but thought it was a cheesy b flick kinda movie
this movie is much better...on the disturbing and yes somewhat gross side
but all the horro flicks are gross these days
NOTHING nearly as gross as say the Hills have eyes..that was just nasty

I can watch anything and I loved the movie SAW, but Hostel was above and beyond the freakiest and most disturbing movie I have EVER seen. I could not sleep for days...I get the chills just thinking about it now. I think it freaked me out so much b/c I can imagine that places similar to that place do exist...somewhere....

that is why i loved it sooo much
it actually made you feel it was POSSIBLE for these places to exist..
That it took you in such a odd, sick direction..
MUCH more captavating than some cheese movie like the Hills Hvae Eyes
that was just stupid and never ever believeable, making the movie dumb and boring to me

Honestly, no. I felt it was gore for the sake of gore. I seriously hope places like that do not exist, but then again, anything is possible. It's like a more upsetting/disgusting version of human trafficking.

really..i ddn't think it went overboard in the gore factor..
i never saw human trafficking so i wouldn't know what to compare it to other than other horror flicks
but i personally liked the distrubing factor of it..the fact that after the movie it does freak you out that you think places like this MIGHT exist..
As opposed to the lame horror flick..that are just totally unbleieveable
but that is me

That was what freaked me out, there probably are places like this that do exist I was like yeah right when the kid killed the train guy. If anyone got themselves out alive from that situation they would have ran as far as they could from that guy, not kill him. It was great that the guy got his but come on. Of course my DH gets all like "are you kidding me" when I analyze movies like that especially horror movies

What i also liked about the movie was that the concept was WELL hidden for the entrie movie..
It was UNPREDICTABLE...
LOVE when i am utterly shocked by a movie...
rarely does that happen
