STTN and breastfeeding
Last night was the first night one of my girls STTN! And the other one only woke once! When this becomes a regular thing do you think I should pump at least once during the night?

For what reason??? I personally would NOT want to wake up in the middle of the night to pump!!!

To keep up my supply?? I don't want to wake up either!! LoL I was soooo happy when I woke up and realized it was morning!

No need to pump unless you want to build a stash. As PP mentioned, your supply will adjust. And if they do wake and need to nurse, there will still be milk there for them. Enjoy your sleep!

Don't pump! If you babies are STTN, then you don't need to feed them in the middle of the night. If you don't need to feed them, you don't need to produce milk at 3 AM. So your body just won't (after a few days). But when you need it at 6:30, trust me, it'll be there.
For a month I BF'ed my DD only before bedtime. I'd go 23.5 hours between feedings, no need to pump at all to "keep up my supply" for that 8 PM feed. Milk was there at 8 PM, wasn't there the rest of the day. It's cool how that works.
