Breastfeeding/pumping and STTN ?
When does your body adjust to the longer period of time between nursing or pumping when your DC STTN?
DS slept from 9:30-5:30 and so I pumped at 9:30 and then not again until after he ate and went back to sleep which was like about 7:30 and I was leaking like crazy. I did get 16 ounces though!

It took a week or two for me to regulate. For a while I had to get up and pump at 4am if I was too engorged to sleep.

I think you'll want to pump at least once while at work.
What time frame are you looking at if you pump then go to work and not pump again till you get home?

DD has been sleeping through the night for two months - I still wake up with hard boobs that leak (spray) everywhere - fun fun! I have to pump right away and I get 12-14oz in the morning.

It's more about my schedule. I'm a speech therapist in a school. I think I could do it during my lunch which is around 12:15 but most days im doing a million other things during that time. I would pump at 6:30am and then when I got home at 3:45, so like 9 hours.

OP: I understand. I am also a speech therapist in an elementary school. I have a huge caseload and was concerned about being able to schedule all my kids AND sessions to pump. What I found that helps is to take a working 30 minute lunch (paperwork) and then use my 30 minute *lunch* to schedule two 15 minute pump sessions during my day.
You need to pump at least once during that period or you could compromise your supply.

Thank you. I do have one prep. I just dont rememberwhen it is. I don't go back until december but as you can see I'm already have anxiety about it!

I don't remember how long it took for my supply to adjust, DS has been STTN for quite a while. But even still I sometimes wake up leaking a little bit. 
Regarding pumping at work, do you have a hands free pump? I feel your pain about finding time to pump at work, but I am hoping if I use my hands free pump I can try to get some paperwork done while I am pumping. If you don't have one you could always get a hands free pumping bra.

Then I would day something needs to be done to free up 20 minutes of her time such as a temporary change in work load.
I have a dozen direct reports and close to 20 indirect reports so I understand work loads. Still i was able to work out with my boss & team a day that works for me.
Nobody should be discouraged from BF/Pumping because of work accomodations

Oh no! I hope they can find a place for you! (I'm pretty sure they have to) Either way, I'm sure you will find a way to make it work, lets hope December dosn't come here too fast!
