Car seat inspection for winter mommies?
I just called 2 places...and they were seasonal....and left voicemails for two other places.
I did reach one person from Audi in great neck that comes to you...but it will cost us $75. I don't really want to have to pay for this service.
If you recently got your seat inspected where the heck did you go? I called a bunch of places in queens and nassau county.

Keep me posted if you get a call back. I also called a place in Hicksville and they are closed still due to storm damage and you can email the person to do it...but still I am assuming you would probably have to pay if he is meeting you somewhere to do it. Annoying!

We've gone to Hassel several times. We just call ahead and someone comes out to help us. They are great there.

us too! We couldnt install the ones in DHs car because the bases were the wrong ones (bought 2nd hand) so when we install the new ones we will bring them cookies or something. They did 2 in 2 cars then will reinstall 2 in another car. They deserve some cookies.

We also went to Hassel, they were great, super quick and like other posters have said, they wouldn't even accept a tip. They only do the inspections M-F though.

Those hours are so tough since I live all the way in queens....and work in brooklyn. Don't know if I could make it out to babylon in time during the week.

St Mary's hospital for children in bayside does them. Just call to schedule an appt I believe they are usually on Fridays

Yea that's far from me. I went off the list on the website. Not sure if all hospitals do it or not

DH and I brought both cars to:
New York State Police
7140 Republic Airport
Farmingdale, NY 11735
631-231-5962
They have appointments EVERY Saturday from 9-1pm.
We wanted to get both cars done at the same time. We just went 2 weeks ago and it was great!
