Team Green Nurseries
Anyone have pics of theirs?
We are leaning towards not finding out and all I can think about is the babys room.

i didnt do mine yet, but our plan is to keep the walls beige and go with the bedding below and then get a name decal made once the baby is born.
if its a girl the name will be in pink and the monkeys will have bows and there will be butterflies flying around...if its a boy it then the name will be in blue and we will have birds or owls instead of butterflies.
we plan on having the wall decal matching the greens and browns of the bedding color (slightly off in this picture)

I have some in my pregnancy album (i forget what it's called, maybe "baby bear" or something like that. somewhere in there are my nursery pics, prob towards the end). Love our nursery to this day!

I have slanted ceilings in the room we're using too, so it's nice to see that the furniture does actually fit! Thanks!

I didn't want to use traditional gender neutral colors like beige, yellow, green etc., so I went with navy blue. I know others might consider that a total boy color, but I don't. Other than pink and lavender, I think every color is gender neutral. If we have a girl, I have no doubt this room will be super girly when finished. And if we have a boy, it will be really boyish after accessorized. I've got a plan (and online shopping carts full of stuff waiting to be clicked on) for each gender that will make the room very girl or boy specific.

I plan on doing a Vintage/ Victorian theme using alot of sage green Toile prints and a brass/copper toned or pewter daybed instead of a crib ( were a co-sleeping family) , I prefer green for a boy and I dont mind it for a girl especially with the print , with my daughter I did alot of pink & purple so I am kinda sick of it lol They used to have a Toile theme line in stores 5 years ago with I was pregnant with my daughter hence where I got the idea from and of course now, it doesnt exist  So I am basicly going to have to order custom made stuff from Etsy and Ebay .

I don't have pics on me of the actual nursery, but we did a monkey theme using Kidsline Pop Monkey, and these decals from Simple Shapes. The walls are a light green. I will use the same nursery if I have a boy next (in a few years..lol), and will move DD into the bigger bedroom.

We are team green. We plan on painting the nursery grey with an accent wall of grey stripes and then decorating after the baby comes.

We did ivory and tan.
Baby Balloons bedding from PBK
*We had a girl so we did pink and sage green accents. If we had a boy I would have used hunter green and navy blue.

cute! i just emailed the images of the kidsline pop monkey to DH - i like it more than our original choice
will check them out in person this weekend when we go to register
