Jewelry appraisal question (specifically, Jewelry Judge)

I had some jewelry appraised at the Jewelry Judge a few years ago and can't for the life of me find the appraisal! Does anyone here know if they keep the appraisals on file?

Is this something that jewelry appraisers typically do? Or, is the only copy the one that's in your hands?
