Another Jewelry question

I think it's a cute idea. But what happens if you have another kid? Can you add onto it? That's always what holds me back from getting a family type piece of jewelry.

nope! i think its perfect!!! im getting a ring for xmas this year and it has mine dh and the twins bday stones on it. If i had seen that necklace i prob would have done that too!!!
