Christening favors?

For DD I did cute little white crosses as favors. For DS we are doing cupcakes.

Christening favors?
DSs christening was in the winter so I made "hot chocolate on a stick." it was easy and 50 favors cost something like $34!

 #1 - I made cross cookies
 - I made cupcakes
#2 - I made cookie bouquets as centerpieces and everyone took one cookie on a stick home

We had a christening/1st birthday party for ds. I made white chocolate cross lollipops & blue I'm 1 chocolate lollipops. They looked cute & very easy & inexspensive.

Cross cookies but I also considered bookmarks and satchels. A seller on ebay has adorable angel satchels. I did the cookies to keep it easy on myself.

I bought Hershey bars from Walmart ($3 for 6 bars) & printed up custom wrappers that I made on glossy paper.

DS: Chocolate bars.
DD: No "favors". Used little stuffed animals to anchor down a balloon for a "centerpiece" at each table. The stuffed animals had a kid's name on each one of them (we had lots of kids). The kid got to take the stuffed animal home. They were a HUGE hit & the kids were playing with the stuffed animals throughout the end of the party.
