Question about puffs
Do you wait to give a certain flavor of puffs until your baby has eaten that food? Like Plum makes a flavor with strawberry. I know berries are not recommended before a year. Can you still give them that flavor?

I didn't wait. My ped said to wait to give fresh strawberries but if it was in something it was OK.

I did not wait. And that flavor of puffs happen to be our favorite. However, she also gets all types of fresh berries (which ped said were ok if we don't have family history of allergies). She's 10 mos.

I didn't wait either. The only puffs I have held off on are the ones sweetened w/fruit juice, though I'm sure those would be fine and I am being overly cautious.

I didn't wait but I also gave by DS puree with strawberry in it. Its usually the seeds on the strawberries that are the issue

My Dr told me that Matthew can have berries before 1.
He loves strawberries and blueberries-puffs and real ones!!!
He started off with Banana
