Stupid question about puffs
When do you start giving them to your DC? Is the purpose of them to help them figure out hand coordination (and for a snack)?

We started around 7 months. It is a good food for them to use to start learning to feed themselves. They melt in their mouth more than Cheerios so if they aren't sure how to chew yet there is less of a chance of them gagging on them.

I tried to give one to DD at 6 months and she gagged on it and spit it up!!
I'll try to give it to her at 7 months which is in a week.

I started around 8 months. I broke them in half at first bc DD gagged on them and gradually she got used to them whole (a few weeks later)
