Bib question
When did you stop using the bib? Plastic or cotton My 3 yr old stopped the plastic a few months ago. He still spills food on him, but won't wear it. The cotton obviously a long time ago. Can't even remember. My 11 month old is pretty good with the bottle, but I still use the cloth bib and of course plastic. He's a mess. Just wonder when everyone else stopped. When you changed to milk and sippy?

Re: Bib question
DD will be 2 in a few days and I still have her wear the plastic bib because she likes to feed herself all her meals. So with foods such as yogurt she needs a bib. She is starting to fight it a bit but I refuse to change her clothes three times a day!!!! I cant even remember when we stopped with cloth bibs.

Re: Bib question
My almost-3-yr-old loves his bibs and asks for them, but he's a kooky kid. He wears the ones with the pocket at the bottom and he likes when he drops something and the pocket "catches" it. I'll keep putting one on his as long as he will let me!

Re: Bib question
My twins are 17 months and they wear plastic bibs...if they refuse, I take their shirt off.
I stopped cloth bibs around 12 months (they were pukers)
Although DD wore a cloth one today bc she is teething so bad and kept soaking her shirt.

Re: Bib question
My 2.5yr old doesn't wear one. She's usually really good when it comes to being careful while eating. My 14m old wears a bib only if she's eating something really messy and even then she pulls it off and gets crap everywhere. So sometimes I don't even bother

Bib question
My DS wore a bib until he was 2.5 for drooling, the we found out he had allergies and couldn't breather through his nose.
Cloth bibs were gone by 3 months.
For my dd she stopped wearing any and all bibs by a year old

Re: Bib question
dd is 2 and we haven't worn a bib in probably a year if not more.
She eats a lot of meals in just a diaper

Re: Bib question
I stopped when DS was very young, probably 10 months. He hated them and unless we had him in a very expensive outfit, we really did not care if he made a mess.
