You will get a different answer from everyone. I thought it was ok, so I took a glass of it with my blood pressure meds in the morning before my 3 hour. My doc said I shouldn't have  I borderline failed the 3 hour (only failed the second hour number by like 5 points).

I was told water is fine up until they give you the drink. Thn nothing..
