Yet another car seat inspection question

Was anyone able to get a car seat installed or inspected somewhere that has late afternoon/evening or weekend hours? I really want to get this done, but I need to be at work as much as possible to save some personal time to get paid when I go on leave. Also, I want DH to be there and he works in the city. Even early morning hours would be okay. Midday is hard. I'm in Nassau.

Honestly, I think it might be difficult since all these places volunteer their time and it's limited. I ended up working a half day to go last week. My DH could have gone on his day off, but I wanted to see how they were installed and how to do it correctly so I opted to take the half day. I was able to make up my hours though, so I didn't lose out on time.

But call all the places and see what they can do!

I called suffolk county PD in farmingdale to schedule an appt. We went on the weekend around 9am. They put it right in for us and showed DH how to make sure its in there good so he could di the one in his truck.
