vacation with babies?
Is there any place local that DH and I can go with twin 8-9 month olds? I know there isn't MUCH they can do at this age.. but I'm dying to get away and since I'm preg my dr won't let me go far

I found that it was easier to travel with the kids when they weren't able to walk yet! You can go anywhere you want, doesn't have to be "kid" oriented place, just a kid friendly place. KWIM.

I would probably try the mohwak mountain house -
really any place with an indoor pool works - swimming is easier when you are pregant and the babies love swimmming - just bring two floats for them
driving is easier with little ones because you can bring what ever you want

I agree with others. Traveling when they are that young is actually easier. Go wherever you and your husband want to go, just know you won't be able to do everything you would have done before the kids. I'd drive since you can pack everything you need. Rent a house, that makes life easier too.
