Slightly overdue intro
I've posted a couple times since DS was born but never had a chance to formally troduce myself and him so here goes
DS was born on March 10 at 7:57am after a 48 hour induction Luckily even though it was long it was successful and I got to have a vaginal delivery as I had hoped. And I only pushed for about 10-15min. DS was 5lbs.4oz and 17 1/4in long. I was induced two weeks early due to high blood pressure that was no longer staying controlled with meds, so that's the reason for the smaller size. He's already making up for lost time though and at his last doctor's appointment on Friday weighed 6lbs.5oz and was 19in long.
Here are a couple pictures from his newborn shoot with AJ Nick Photography (she was AMAZING!) and our first fmaily photo a few hours after he was born. Please excuse what I look like, after 2 days of being in the hospital and then giving birth I was done!
