TMI- Bleeding

I had a post earlier in the week about stool. Ever since I got too constipated that one time and had a difficult bowel movement, I have started to bleed. Now, no matter how easy it is to go, the bleeding continues every single time I use the bathroom.

How do I get the bleeding to stop? I have tried medicated wipes and preparation H. But today when I went to the bathroom, the bleeding was worse than ever before and it really shouldn't have been an issue. Any suggestions or tips?
