Yay! For us swaddling was essential in the beginning, he slept so much better. Once he outgrew that it has been sleepsacks every since. He is 19 months now.

Re: BTDT Moms

Yay! I love them. His room gets kind of chilly and they are a safe alternative to a blanket. Before sleepsacks we used the Swaddle me which was also great.

Yes. Like a PP said, they're a great alternative to blankets. My dcs are all winter babies, so they helped us a lot.

YAY!!!

This is all I used for my kids once they were not swaddled anymore. They wear them until they are done with the crib.

Nay. DS hated it, but loved to be swaddled in his receiving blanket.

Re: BTDT Moms

Thanks ladies.

Should I register for the swaddlers or just swaddle myself in receiving blankets?

I registered for 2 swaddlers and tons of receiving blankets. DS only liked the receiving blankets. You have to see what your little one likes.
