slight brown discharge?
I'm in my 8th week and just went to the restroom at work and noticed when I wiped there was a slight brown discharge, also a little on my pantyliner (wear these because of progesterone I am on). Of course I am starting to freak out and thinking the worst. Just wanted to see if anyone else had this happen to them? I called my OB and changed my appt I originally had on Thursday to tomorrow. Ugh this is torture

Re: slight brown discharge?
I had something similar, I was told its completely normal... Some women (like over 50% of pregnancies) can have a brown discharge or spotting in pregnancy and its normal... They continue to have a regular pregnancy... Progesterone is also known to cause an increase in discharge and is can discolor it...
Im sure its nothing, but its good you changed appointments so you can be reassured by your OB... I did the same thing, I totally freaked!

Re: slight brown discharge?
I had brown spotting on and off for 2 weeks in the beginning. Doc said it's very common.
