Branch peds

Does any one use branch ped in smith town? I have had it with the office staff there. I can't fathom how these women got jobs at a ped office or any office for that matter. They are the most unfriendly unhelpful people I have ever encountered in a dr office. They literally ignore you to talk about personal things while your standing at the window waiting like a moron. I'm just wondering if anyone else experienced anything like this or am I just crazy. Also does anyone have a recommendation for a ped in the nesconset/ronkonkoma area?

I'm using Dr Goldberg on Nesconset Hwy in Lake Grove (next to PC Richards). Switched from Stony Brook Peds, which I hated.
So far I love her. Spent over an hour with us on our first visit there going over everything. Very easy to talk to. She is a sole practioner.

I totally agree, the woman who sits in the front reception area is a total b!tch, I don't know why she has such a stick up her a$$. I would switch because of her if I didn't love Dr. Keith so much.

I have not had to wait at all but have not really been there for a regular appt. First time it was a new patient appt. Second time was for an injection only. But there has never been a whole bunch of people in waiting room.
