How pregnant am I?
You would think I would know this by now. My dd is May 21st. I am 18 weeks as of Monday. Does that mean I am in my 18th week or I have completed 18 weeks. I am totally confusing myself.

I am due on the 14th which is exactly one wk before you. I completed my 19th week on Sunday and am now in my 20th week. That makes you in your 19th week. I always keep track on my what to expect app on my phone b/c I always end up forgetting.

my mother and I argue about this all the time! Its so confusing. I am 38 weeks tomorrow and we disagree on what that means exactly. I'm still confused on it. lol

I am currently 15 weeks - I finished my 15th week today... I am now going into my 16th week. I will not "be" 16 weeks until next Tuesday.

Think about it like this.
If you are 6w and 4d. Then you completed your 6th week and are 4 days into your 7th.

The easiest way I remember it is if you think about a baby's first year of life - they're in their first year, but don't turn 1 until it's complete. So, if you just turned 18 weeks that means you completed 18 weeks and are in your 19th week. Similar to age, you don't say you're that age until it's complete - you're 1 after completing 1 year of life. So, if I were you, I'd say I'm 18 weeks along.
