Bradley Birth Class Rave

dh and i started bradley birth classes last night and i have to say just the first class alone was SO worth the money! hospital classes are about $150 for one. bradley is only $300 for 6 classes that are 2 hours each. in just the first class, our instructor was able to pretty much get all the husbands engaged and dh even thought the class content was interesting! can't wait to go back next week. if anyone's interested in natural birthing, definitely check out bradley!! bradley i feel like even if i end up having a medicated birth or section, the 1st class itself was already so educational and informative that it was super worth it. had to share

dh came home last night and started reminding me to do our bradley class "homework" by telling me to keep visualizing baby as head down, facing toward my spine. apparently this position is the best birthing position for baby. dh was so cute!!!
