Went to my First Child Birth Class
Last night and I must say DH and I were trying not to laugh during the breathing exercises. I couldn't look at him.
Oh, and the movie they played... I did not need to see the mother-to-be in the ugliest moomoo nightgown. Come on, there are so much nicer things she could've been in. 
Other that that it went well... nice to see the hospital and the nurse was so nice.

at LIJ we're I'll be delivering. It includes a tour and breastfeeding class so that was worth it, but the movie and breathing thing is a little weird. I almost felt like I was back in health class in HS. Probably the same film too from the 80's.

it is kinda funny but the breathing DEFINITELY helps during labor when I assure you, there will be NO laughing
