Did anyone's AF get lighter after coming off BC?

It's so weird, I used to have really heavy periods with painful cramps before BC, and not that I want that back, but I thought it would go back to that after BC. AF was definitely lighter on BC with no cramps. And now, my last 2 AFs off of BC have been even lighter and shorter than when I was on BC. Did this happen to anyone else? I'm wondering if it's just a temporary thing until my body regulates, or if it will likely stay that way.

I really hope not. I was only getting AF for 1 day when I was on BC. I'm hoping that I return to a normal length period, or I will think that every month is our month.

Mine is longer, but definitely lighter.

I also feel like AF is lighter for me! Its only heavy 1 good day, maybe 2, the other days is barely anything

ETA I take my comment back, AF is longer. Light spotting a few days AF then me spotting. AD ruined my BD plans this weekend

NO WAY JOSE! Mine is out of control since I've gone off. I feel like i'm 13 again.

Mine has definately become light over the years but I don't know if it is because of bc. I was only on it for a year like 2 years ago and for maybe a year or 2 like 10 years ago... I don't remember when my flow changed and got so light.
