My last OB appt I was down 8lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight. As the other girls said, it's OK. The baby is actually very resourcful and will take what it needs from you - even from your stored fat. So, as the PP mentioned, unless you were underweight pre-preg, don't worry.

I lost 10 pounds in my first Trimester!! I had really bad M/S at 6 weeks all the way up to 15 weeks. I was already on the lower side of my weight too. The doctor wasn't concerned. I made up for it in my second and third trimester. Overall at the end I gained 35 pounds!

I lost weight during the first trimester of both of my pregnancies.
With my DS I only gained a total of 15 lbs. I lost 15, then gained 30.
Now I am 24 weeks with this baby and I lost 6 or 8 in the first trimester. Waiting to see what the total gain will be overall.
