Just got a BFP
I'm a regular poster but in hiding until we tell family about our pregnancy. I have a almost 4 year old and a 6 month old. So my two Lo's will be 14 months apart Is there anyone who is or has been in a similar situation? Or even having DC's so close in age? This is a shock to us b/c we weren't trying to get pregnant, but it did happen. I just wanted maybe some advice or should I say what to expect when the new baby is born. Anything would be helpful TIA

Congrats! Wishing you a great pregnancy.
My boys are 14 months apart as there are many challenges with them that close in age. There are many benefits your baby won't ever remember life without the little one and they will be playmates and enjoy many of the same toys at the same time.
Once you get a schedule it all works well.

Congrats!
I have 2 sons that are 13.5 months apart. It definitely is crazy at times, but you get used to it. I am a big believer in routines and schedules!
Mine are still really young but I love that they have each other and I hope they will be BFFs as they grow up. Everyone who has kids close in age tells me that it definitely gets easier as they get older!

My boys are 10.5 mo the apart & definitely not planned that way. It is difficult at times but I truly feel the good times outweigh the bad. Routines are key & scheduling truly make life easier. Don't force your little one to grow up though bc there is a new baby.
I can't wait to find out who you are though.

My DC are 11 months apart. Totally planned. It has its tough moments but when I see how they have become best friends all the hard moments vanish.

ETA: I'm trying to wrack my brain to figure out who had babies around the same time I did, since I have a 6 month old too!  I just don't really know about older siblings, so I haven't the slightest clue

Hi. I have an 8 month old and just got my BFP. This was definitely a surprise. we didn't plan on having another one until LO was maybe 2 or 3. so they will be 16 months apart. we haven't told anyone because this was a shock to both of us.
